We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your order,
simply contact our customer service representatives and we will make sure your problem
is corrected with prompt and courteous customer service.
Return Policy
If you would like to return an item that you purchased with us, please call The
Simple Stores immediately at (866)-848-2882 and speak with one of our customer service
representatives to get started.
Orders placed after 2/6/2008 (for orders before 2/6/08, please see below):
Standard Return Policy: We offer a 30 day* return policy. If you are not completely
satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the ship date for
a refund or exchange.
Refunds for returned items are for the entire purchase price of the items, including tax, less:
- Our original shipping charges**
- A 10% restocking fee***
* Lovan Products have a 10 day return policy
*** AVTEQ Products have a 20% Restocking Fee
*** Prepac Products have a 30% Restocking Fee
** Although we offer free shipping on many of our products, please be aware that any shipping costs we incurred shipping your order will be deducted from your refund.
Simple Return™ Policy: If you added Simple Return™ to your order during checkout, the following benefits apply to our Standard Return Policy:
- You receive a full refund of your entire purchase price, including tax.
- No restocking fees or any other fees!
- The Simple Stores will coordinate and pay for return shipping.
- Your return period is doubled from 30 days to a full 60 days.
At this time Simple Return™ is not offered with Google Checkout or PayPal Express.
Preparing & Shipping Your Return.
- If you would like to return an item that you purchased with us, please call The Simple Stores immediately at (866)-848-2882 and speak with one of our customer service representatives to get started.
- Please CAREFULLY pack the item being returned in the original packaging and packing carton. The item must be packed in the box(es) that it came in the same way you received it. Items that are assembled, modified, or arrive damaged may not be eligible for refund under any policy.
- Once you have received a correspondence from us providing return instructions and a Return Authorization number, you will have 15 days to return the item to the address we provide to you. You may use any carrier you wish (we recommend FedEx, UPS, or Insured Parcel Post). We suggest getting both shipping insurance and a tracking number for your shipment. Without them, if the returned item is lost or damaged in shipping, we may not be able to refund your purchase. We are NOT responsible for returned items that are damaged or lost. PLEASE NOTE: If you have purchased Simple Return, The Simple Stores will arrange for pickup of the item.
- Once we have received confirmation that the item has been properly received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please keep in mind banks vary in the time they take to issue and display a credit. Please follow the return instructions carefully and precisely. If you have any questions regarding your return, please contact us immediately.

- Refunds / Non-Defective Goods: All orders come with a no questions asked 100% satisfaction
guarantee by Assurz and the following:
- A 90-day return policy (from the date of shipping)
- Free shipping of the purchased product back Assurz, and packaging materials will be provided as needed.
- A full 100% refund of the purchase price including any taxes, fees and shipping charges will be paid by check within 7-10 business days of the receipt of the returned item.
- Defective / Damaged Goods / Exchanges: If your product is defective or damaged in any way we will work hard to make sure you get what you ordered. This may involve replacing any damaged parts or sending an entire replacement product at no charge to you. Exchanges will be given if the entire product needs to be replaced. Preparing & Shipping Your Return
The only requirements that must be met for you to receive a full refund are that
the item be new and original condition with all materials (such as manuals, hardware
and items) included. If you do not have the original packaging, do not to worry.
We will provide, at no cost to you, packing materials that are required to ship
the items back to us *. We also ask that the items be shipped back to us within
a 30 day period after you initiate the return.
*NOTE: If the item(s) you ordered were shipped Truck Freight it is required that you retain all of the original packaging to take advantage of the Assurz return program.
Damaged and Defective Products
Please be sure to check every package from us as soon as you receive it. VERY IMPORTANT:
If the package is only slightly damaged but the item seems to be intact, please
write “Package Damaged” when you sign for the delivery. If the package has significant
damage, please refuse delivery of the item and we will send you a replacement immediately
at no cost to you.
If you accept the package, please check that the items you receive are the correct items you ordered and that there is neither shipping damage nor manufacturer defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact The Simple Stores immediately at (866) 848-2882. We will do our best to ship any replacement parts or items as soon as possible. If a product has been damaged or is defective, we may need to pick up and inspect the item, so please do not discard it until we have said to do so. We will ship the replacements at no expense to you. However, if the product is not defective or damaged, please review our returns policy if you do not wish to keep the item.
