Starting with the company's tradition in audio mounts for hanging speakers from walls or ceilings, today's range of OmniMount products includes speaker stands, TV mounts, flat panel mounts, and audio/video storage racks and stands for hi-fi and TV components, for two channel audio, home theater in a box, or even the latest in flat panel displays, OmniMount's team of industrial designers, engineers, factories and quality control standards are recognized throughout the consumer electronics industry for producing the most innovative and quality products available.
OmniMount Systems' 50,000-sq. ft., two story high, manufacturing facility is located in Phoenix, Arizona at the scenic Pointe at South Mountain. Expanded manufacturing includes additional CNC machining capabilities, multiple state-of-the-art powder coating stations and increased welding capacity.
Products heavier or larger than the specified small parcel weight limit will be delivered by truck freight. This means, that when the order arrives at the shipping address, it is the customer’s responsibility to unload the item/s. If you are unable to remove the item from the back of the truck by yourself, please make sure that you have someone available to help you when the delivery arrives.
For residential deliveries, the shipping carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. In most cases, companies offer appointment windows of usually 2 to 4 hours, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday.
Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If you notice that the box shows signs of any damage, or if you are at all concerned that there might be damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that the truck freight representative will ask you to sign. This action simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem. Otherwise the item or its damaged parts may not be replaced.
In addition to regular truck freight services, if you think you may not be able to unload the item delivered to you by regular truck freight, or if you cannot arrange for help at the time of delivery, most truck freight companies may be able to help you remove it from the back of the truck into your house for an additional fee. You should request extra shipping services at the same time that your order is placed.
