The Import Advantage Estates Flat Panel TV Lift Console (Stained Brown) features 3 tilt down compartments for electronics storage and an integrated heavy duty TV lift mechanism that silently lowers the television into the console. Grandly scaled, the elegant design of the Import Advantage Estates Flat Panel TV Lift Console (Stained Brown) was inspired by European antiques.

Each compartment of Import Advantage Estates Flat Panel TV Lift Console (Stained Brown) contains an infrared ("IR") remote control extender system which allows for AV equipment to be used without opening the doors. The built-in Infrared Relay System amplifies and distributes remote control commands, then relays the commands to the TV lift console via pre-installed IR flashers.
